He is the managing director for Thimblerig Circus, a vaudeville-style comedy troupe that tours around the country. When not on stage eating fire for money or walking around on stilts flexing his quads, Adam can be found working for "Humorology Atlanta" aka "HA!", a clowning company dedicated to bringing smiles into children’s hospitals.
